How do I get out of error screen on boot?

If anyone knows what is this error? And how do I get out of them?
Some kind people helped me on Reddit before but that one had buttons that I could click by navigating with arrow keys but this one doesn't have any. The power button doesn't work, escape doesn't work. I'm using Ubuntu 22.04, if that helps and it was idle for about 2 days.
And how do I learn things like these? Where do I begin?
