Configuring mail server in Google Cloud

I am configuring on Google cloud a server based on Ubuntu 20.04, where I already have hosted some domains and their webpages assigned in several virtual hosts. When I bought these domains, the domain provider had their DNS and an entry for a mail server, so there was no need to configure my own mail server as I have now configuring my own host as I am. Which would be the best way to configure this mail server in order to make it work for all the domains I am hosting? Thanks in advance.
